The International Massage Association (IMA) hosted its 7th World Massage Championship in Copenhagen, Denmark.  The competition consisted of 250+ participants from 48 countries.  The IMA aims to develop and promote the various massage techniques practiced by experienced massage therapists worldwide.

Star decided to take a chance and participate in the biggest stage of massage competition.  Knowing this was going to be her last year competing, she was all-in.  She would compete and represent Team USA.

Participants are allowed to select up to two (2) categories.  Star chose the same two categories she selected at the 2023 American Massage Championships - Eastern Freestyle and Swedish.

Star took home the Gold Medal in the Swedish Massage category - making her the:

 

2024 Swedish Massage World Champion!
