Q:  Are walk-ins available for professional massage therapy services?

A:  Services are by-appointment only.  Click here to book your appointment now!

Q:  Do you have gift cards available for purchase?

A:  Yes!  By popular demand, we have e-Gift cards available now for purchase.  You can access the link on the Menu bar, or click here.  Physical gift cards are also available to purchase if preferred - feel free to call/text us to arrange a purchase at 847-769-0848.

Q:  What is the best way to contact The Healing Star for any questions?

A:  Booking an appointment and purchasing e-Gift cards can be done 100% online.  If you have questions on your existing appointments, you can call or text 847-769-0848.

 

 

Q:  Do you have more than one location?

A:  Currently, we only have one location located in Lincolnwood, IL.

Q:  What forms of payments do you accept?

A:  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App.  We also accept cash payments as well.

 

 

Q:  What can I expect once I book my first appointment?

A:  Once you book your appointment, you will receive the following:

  • A confirmation (text and/or email) that your appointment has been accepted.

  • A secure email with a unique passcode- which contains an Intake and Consent form to be completed prior to your first appointment. (Form system is HIPAA compliant).

  • Two (2) days prior to your appointment, you will get another text to confirm.

 

 

Q:  Do I have to fill out the Intake and Consent form before each appointment?

A:  No, the forms will only need to be completed upon your first visit.

 

 

Q:  Do you have a copy of your policies and guidelines?

A:  Yes!  Once you book your first appointment, the Consent form will contain information on Massage Guidelines and Expectations, and other policies.  Clients will need to sign (e-signature) prior to receiving services at The Healing Star.  You will receive a copy via email once you complete.

 

 

Q:  Do you have a cancellation fee for booked appointments?

A:  We ask that you cancel/modify your appointments at least 24 hours in advance.  Details on our cancellation, no-show, and late arrival policies are contained with the Consent form that will be sent to you once you book your first appointment.

 

 

Q:  Do you have any discounts available?

A:  We will have specials throughout the year - click here to see the latest deals!

 

 

Q:  Are there any restaurants/shopping available near your location?

A:  Yes - we are located not too far from the I-94 Touhy exit.  There are restaurants located right across from us (Fat Rosie's, Davanti Enoteca, Fatpour), and a Lenscrafters.  There are also a couple of nearby Starbucks, and Village Crossing Shopping Mall about 1.5 miles away.
