Every client is unique - which is why we approach each session as a "custom" massage. We do not limit techniques used during a session in order to achieve wellness.
Before each session, we will discuss what you are looking for and perform an assessment. From there, we will suggest what treatments you may need - but ultimately, will provide what you want.
